This 18-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Group offers a structured, evidence-based approach to developing practical skills for managing emotions, coping with distress, and improving relationships. Mindfulness is integrated throughout all sessions.
Distress Tolerance – 6 weeks
Emotion Regulation – 6 weeks
Interpersonal Effectiveness – 6 weeks
Mindfulness – practised weekly
